Our company winner electronic is the first company in China to develop, produce and sell small automotive electric ball valve and put the ball valve for central air condition system. After first generation, second generation, third generation improvement, our products are now widely used for HVAC system, hospital equipment system and environmental control system. All our valves are our patent products and they are CE, ROSH certified. Winner have been developed to be the most professional which has the longest experience in electronic ball valve manufacturer.
From August in 2002 on, Winner started to research and develop electronic ball valve for central air condition system. (I'm the very designer of the our first, second and third generation valve). On the early of 2003, we pushed our first generation electronic ball valve.
From March 2003 on, our first generation KING'S electronic ball valve become the most popular products in central of China for the KING'S valve has the advantage of wide open, no block, low failure rate , easy installation, long cycle life and more energy saving. In September 2003, China Mobile Communication Corporation (Hunan Branch)choose 900 sets of our valve for their office building and residential housing. In December 2003, Dolton International Hotel (5 star standard hotel in Tongsheng Lake in Hunan province) choose 486 sets for their hotel air condition use. After 8 years use, most of the valve still keeps good and they give high comment to our first generation valve.
In early of 2004, we made some improvement on the appearance, the connecting way and the valve structure of our ball valve on our first generation electronic ball valve. In April 2004, we change the connection way from jump ring connection to screw connection. And in May 2004, we pushed our second generation electronic ball valve.
With the developing of the marketing, we developed and pushed our third generation product based on the feedback from our customers, the inquiry from the market and the experience of valve making. This is our Winner series electronic ball valve.
With patent no.: ZL200620096895.4, we made a great improvement on the electrical principles and inner structure. We divide them into 2 control ways: Single-channel stable control way series(on-off type) and bistable control way series(3-point type), which can fully replace the current plunger valve, global valve and zone valve. With excellent scalability, advanced characteristic and multi-functional. Our valve can even be the micro electronic ball valve with feedback and (0-10VDC signal) and the Diameter can be DN15-DN25, which an even be DN 50.
In March 2007, our Winner electronic ball valve got our CE from USA BACL.
In the early of 2007, Winner pushed WRT-330 LCD thermostat for central air condition system (with patent no.: ZL200730097174.5）. This type of thermostat all use special green character display and light touch button.
From 2008 on, more and more customer choose our electronic ball valve for HVAC system, hospital equipment, environmental control system, industrial system and other water system.
On June 2009, Winner pushed WRT-3510 light touch room LCD thermostat.
On December 2009, We successfully put our products for Daikin VRV muti-line heat water system.
From May 2010 on , all our products are produced under RoHS standard and customer can choose brass valve body which with RoHS certification.
On January 2011, Winner brand automotive ball valve actuator and ball valve get the RoHS certification. We currently can provide products both with ROSH certification and without ROSH certification.
On April, 2011, Winner pushed WRT-3710 press key type LCD display thermostat and WRT-422 PI controller with LCD display.
We would go on researching and developing dynamic flow balance valve with our own design. All our products would based on our own independent knowledge property and we don't imitating other company's products for our products have been copied by some illegal party and we know the importance to be have own patents.
With the growing requirement of environment protection and energy saving, more and more company concentrate on more reliable energy saving products developing. Winner would focus on more about quality and energy saving so that to make our products more reliable, practical and scientifical.
