Operational mode
Winner DC motorized ball valve is motor-operated by a type of WRA-42…, and WRA-42…A actuator. The actuator is controlled by a modulating on/off or 3-point control system and move the ball of the valve, to the opening position dictated by the control signal.

** matters needing attention: * Remember not to spray ethylene glycol onto the actuator housing, especially the bottom rotating cam, otherwise it may cause damage to the cam !!

** Every 10000 times or 1 year of opening/closing of an electric ball valve, add 1000 # silicone oil or other non freezing and non corrosive lubricating oil to the stem groove of the valve body. Rotate the valve stem CW and CCW for 1-2 turns.

 

Installation: 
Insert the valve stem to the bottom of the actuator, and insert 2 pin, located in the bottom of the actuator to the valve’s mounting hole. Then screw down the brass cap nut
