In Q2 this year, Winner Electric Ball Valve Company, secured a major order for 30,000 custom motorized actutor ball valves from a European client. The win is attributed to the company’s reliable product performance, flexible customization capabilities and comprehensive overseas service system.
To guarantee on-time delivery of the bulk order, Winner has mobilized its entire industrial chain. All teams across R&D, design, raw material procurement, production and quality inspection are working in full swing. The company is committed to accelerating production and fulfilling delivery commitments, continuously showcasing the strength of Made in China in the global control valve market.
"We started preparations right after receiving the preliminary order" said Winner's management. To avoid disrupting existing order schedules, Winner adjusted its Q2 production plan in advance and arranged a dedicated production line for this customized order. Processing parameters and assembly procedures are optimized in real time throughout production. And progress boards are installed alongside production lines, displaying daily production targets, total completed units and product qualification rates. All workers can keep track of the overall production progress clearly.
Winner has put in place three-tier supply chain guarantees to prevent production disruptions:
- Key brass raw materials for ball valves were secured one month ahead of schedule. The first batch has been delivered and fully inspected, while the second batch is ready for immediate deployment.
- For core components — electric actuators, the company signed a priority supply agreement with long-term suppliers. Shipments are delivered weekly to maintain sufficient inventory and avoid production halts due to material shortages.
- Custom export cartons and other packaging materials were fully stocked 10 days in advance and stored in the finished goods warehouse for immediate use.
Despite tight production schedules, Winner never compromised on quality standards and added a full inspection process for all finished products. "Previously we adopted random sampling. Now every unit undergoes three rounds of testing before shipment.Defective items are sent for rework directly and will not move to subsequent processes"
- First round: Visual & dimensional inspection after assembly. The coaxiality error of valve bodies is strictly controlled within 0.02 mm; non-compliant products are sent back for rework immediately.
- Second round: Power-on test. Each valve is opened and closed 10 times consecutively to verify response speed and positioning accuracy.
- Third round: Water pressure tightness test. Products must maintain pressure for 30 minutes with zero leakage to pass inspection.
"Our core goals for the whole year are to fully guarantee production capacity and expand global markets with joint efforts," noted the person in charge of Winner. As an early professional manufacturer specializing in electric ball valves in China, Winner focuses on the R&D, production and sales of electric control valves. Its main product lines include upgraded EVO22 electronic control ball valves, mini motor-driven brass ball valves, AC/DC stainless steel ball valves and more.
Winner’s products are widely applied in water treatment, HVAC systems, industrial automation and other fields. Products have obtained EU CE and RoHS certifications, and are exported to over 80 countries and regions including Germany, the UK, France, Italy and Russia. The company boasts more than a decade of experience in overseas market services.
In the future, Winner will keep advancing technological innovation for electric ball valves, and develop tailored products for emerging scenarios such as new energy water treatment and smart HVAC. The company will further expand its global footprint, to create win-win cooperation with clients worldwide in the fluid control industry.
