2. Inspection Scope & Methodology

Personnel assigned by the third-party verification company designated by the Nordic client conducted the inspection, verifying product specifications in strict accordance with the client’s customized product shipping standards and technical drawings. Key focus areas included:

Mechanical Performance: Torque testing, pressure resistance evaluation, and operational durability cycle tests to ensure reliable performance in Nordic industrial environments.

Customization Compliance: Verification of dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, material specifications (brass body, PTFE, EPDM seals, etc.), and specialized electric actuator integration (voltage parameters, waterproof protection rating, etc.) as specified in the client’s technical documentation.

Safety Assurance: Leakage prevention verification, with zero leakage detected across all tested units through hydrostatic pressure testing.

Packaging & Labeling: Inspection of export-grade packaging, including verification of batch numbers, serial codes, and other required product identification details.

A random sampling method was adopted for the inspection, with 200 sets of electric ball valves selected for standardized testing. Professional personnel from the third-party verification company documented the entire process in real time to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all test reports and data.

3. Quality Assurance & Client Collaboration

All 5,200 sets of electric ball valves have successfully passed the re-inspection, meeting or exceeding the client’s performance criteria. We have now initiated the final packaging and logistics planning phase, with shipment scheduled to depart prior to the New Year.
