1. Introduction
As the year draws to a close, we are pleased to confirm the successful completion of the year-end re-inspection for 5,200 sets of custom electric actuator ball valves tailored exclusively for our valued Nordic client. This batch marks the final delivery of Winner Electric Ball Valve Company’s 2025 order fulfillment, totaling over 20,000 sets of motorized actuated ball valves for Nordic customers.
Requested by the client to validate consistency across the entire production run, this re-inspection also serves as a critical final quality assurance step prior to shipment. It fully aligns with the client’s stringent requirements and international industry standards (ISO 9001:2015).
2. Inspection Scope & Methodology
Personnel assigned by the third-party verification company designated by the Nordic client conducted the inspection, verifying product specifications in strict accordance with the client’s customized product shipping standards and technical drawings. Key focus areas included:
Mechanical Performance: Torque testing, pressure resistance evaluation, and operational durability cycle tests to ensure reliable performance in Nordic industrial environments.
Customization Compliance: Verification of dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, material specifications (brass body, PTFE, EPDM seals, etc.), and specialized electric actuator integration (voltage parameters, waterproof protection rating, etc.) as specified in the client’s technical documentation.
Safety Assurance: Leakage prevention verification, with zero leakage detected across all tested units through hydrostatic pressure testing.
Packaging & Labeling: Inspection of export-grade packaging, including verification of batch numbers, serial codes, and other required product identification details.
A random sampling method was adopted for the inspection, with 200 sets of electric ball valves selected for standardized testing. Professional personnel from the third-party verification company documented the entire process in real time to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of all test reports and data.
3. Quality Assurance & Client Collaboration
All 5,200 sets of electric ball valves have successfully passed the re-inspection, meeting or exceeding the client’s performance criteria. We have now initiated the final packaging and logistics planning phase, with shipment scheduled to depart prior to the New Year. A complete package of quality certificates, test reports, and shipping documents will be provided to the client ahead of dispatch to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process.
4. Conclusion & Future Cooperation
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the client for their trust and collaboration throughout this project. The successful completion of this year-end re-inspection is a testament to our shared commitment to quality and excellence. As we look ahead to the new year, Weiner Electric Ball Valve Company remains dedicated to supporting the client’s business objectives with reliable, customized fluid control solutions and responsive customer service. We stand ready to address any additional requirements and eagerly look forward to deepening our long-term partnership.
